Job Summary
The Manager, Talent Acquisition SE Asia is responsible for end-to-end lateral/ professional and graduate recruitment activities in SE Asia. The position holder will build and lead a team of full cycle recruiters dispersed across the SE Asia region, to drive efficiency, recruit top diverse talent, and provide the organization with creative and cost-effective recruiting strategies. The individual will interface with executive management within the SE Asia business to influence them on the strategic importance of talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of TA members to recruit all levels of talent required by the business
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to target top and diverse talents; explore creative and cost-effective sourcing channels
- Partner with the business and HR Business Partners to develop and implement proactive workforce planning and pipeline development tools
- Coach and lead the team to meet the KPIs, success metrics for productivity, quality, timing and value
- Provide the business with real-time information regarding talent competition and industry trends
- Implementation of recruiting communication processes throughout the region
- Develop candidate talent pipelines for future business initiatives
- Manage the selection and performance of external recruitment vendors
- Function as the vendor relationship manager to recruitment vendors
- Ensure the team is optimizing usage of Kenexa BrassRing, the global e-recruitment (applicant tracking) system
- Enhance consistent recruitment processes and quality
- Work with Marketing & Communications and other internal stakeholders to drive campus recruitment programs to ensure best-in-class campaigns
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or Engineering disciplines preferred
- Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in sizable matrix organizations. Engineering design consulting industry experience is a plus
- 4 plus years’ experience covering SE Asia regional scope including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia. Experience in leading a talent acquisition team
- Experience managing recruiting in the SE Asia region in an organization of at least 1,000 people.
- Demonstrated successful direct sourcing ability
- Excellent English
- Willing to travel within the region
