Manpower Planning

  • Develop manpower projection model to determine future manpower requirement based on data and organizational strategy.
  • Build relationship with strategic partners to manage the transition of excess staff
  • Develop the annual manpower budgets & plan and executing plans via HR Business Partners
  • Develop process and guidelines to manager the organisation establishment and cost/reporting structure
  • Carry out organisation studies and reviews and work measurements to determining workloads and advice on optimum staffing level requirements

Driving Change

  • Partner with departments and business units in restructuring efforts to drive higher efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the alignment of corporate objectives through the cascading of Balance Scorecard
  • Facilitate workshops and interventions for change initiatives
  • Review key HR practices (PM, Compensation etc) to align with organisation strategy and priorities
  • Manage internal communications strategy to support change
  • Perform other related –duties as required


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is preferable) in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
  • HR professional who has related experience of not less than 12 years in a similar role
  • Requires high communication and influencing skills to achieve results with and through people
  • Good analytical skills, ability to multitask and complete numerous tasks within deadlines
  • Excellent communication presentation skills
  • Computer skills and knowledge of HR Systems such as SAP and Success Factors is an added asset
  • Ideal if candidate has additional competencies related to Lean implementation
